Fast Eddies Steak Tartare

  • 2 pounds twice ground filet of beef (I use sirloin)
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 2 2” strips of anchovy paste
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 4 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Fast Eddies Original Steak Seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon Rose paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Coleman’s mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Cognac
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Mix in bowl

Serve with toasted baguette slices, capers and minced onion

Yummy, I made the Fast Eddies ribs. Yumm…..
I like Fast Eddies on my fried eggs and toast.
